“The Kingdom of Heaven, On Earth”

4ft x3ft (wood, latex, acrylic paint)

Created for a specific art show, that was themed around the book of revelations, this piece is made up of two interlocking planes made of wood, the foreground representing earth and its inhabitants during the events of the apocalypse, and the background is heaven descending to earth for the final judgement.

Made with lights in between the two layers to reflect shining color off the silver lines to give it that “heaven” feel.
