Paulaidan Minerva, also know as Pabloadan, is an abstract surrealist artist, musician, writer, performer and modern day renaissance person.

There is not a great unquenchable thirst which drives my art, but the desire to just create. I draw from what is around me to make things. My art takes many forms.
— Paulaidan Minerva

Some of Paulaidan’s first works were carved pencils in elementary school and ranged into other inventive contraptions. The current style of his work is inspired by his thought process about line work.

He considers himself to be a channel through which the art creates itself. Paulaidan likes to let people draw their own conclusions and enjoys hearing the many perspectives seen in his art.

Paulaidan currently resides & creates in Orlando, FL.

Why Create

“Creating things has always given me life and a feeling of fulfillment. I believe in the innate creativity of the human spirit. Everyone has a way to build, create and form meaning in their lives. There isn’t always a clear cut answer to the meaning of life, but there are ways that we foster that feeling and sense of purpose. To me, art fosters the creative spark in my soul and gives meaning to my life. I hope my work will inspire that in others by giving them playful and intriguing things to look at.”

“Paulaidan's work, like the etymology of his name --little flame-- flutters wraith-like between joy and suffering. His work is exultant in both the light and the dark of our spiritual existence.”
